A good salad roll. This store tends to put in quite a lot of soy sauce so by the time I'm finished with my roll I have a puddle of sauce in front of me haha. There was also a tiny bit of onion in my roll which I imagine got caught in the carrots, despite me requesting no onion. Otherwise crispy bread and delicious ingredients. I'm not sure if I recall incorrectly but I don't think they gave me lettuce when I bought a pork roll here? Is lettuce specific to the salad roll? Bread was crispy. Pickled carrots were yum. Very generous with the coriander. Of note the mayonnaise at this store is more creamy than others which is why Vanessa doesn't like the rolls here. I think the creamy mayonnaise is still very yummy. Also, because they use a wedge of cucumber here unlike a lot of other places which use a strip, my roll (pictured) had a creamy blander side on the right and very pickly flavoursome left side haha. Didn't really matter to me though, took turns eating both sides. They don't have shallot at this store (if I recall correctly). Overall, yet another yummy salad roll. overall 3.5 out of 5 rolls. Bread was crispy. This was probably the most filling Vietnamese roll I've ever had due to the sheer amount of meat in it. I don't think any of the pork rolls I've had before had all three types of pork. I loved the meat but if you're not a big fan of meat or fatty meat then you may not enjoy it as much, as the barbecue meat had that fatty aroma to it (which I love). Everything else was great, I love pickled carrot so it's nice that they didn't put lettuce cause then I get more c
