Hong Hang Pork Rolls Kogarah (pork roll)

name: pork roll price: $5 (usual) ingredients: pork, cucumber, pickled carrot, pickled radish (I think I spotted a piece in there), coriander, shallot, onion, chicken liver pate, mayonnaise, soy sauce, salt and pepper, chilli thanks to goodfood for helping me out with the ingredient names shop: Hong Hang Pork Rolls Kogarah; 23B Railway Parade, Kogarah my order Pork roll with no onion, shallot or chilli - but a bit of extra carrot please! thoughts Yummm this was a good roll. Bread was crispy. This was probably the most filling Vietnamese roll I've ever had due to the sheer amount of meat in it. I don't think any of the pork rolls I've had before had all three types of pork. I loved the meat but if you're not a big fan of meat or fatty meat then you may not enjoy it as much, as the barbecue meat had that fatty aroma to it (which I love). Everything else was great, I love pickled carrot so it's nice that they didn't put lettuce cause then I get more c
